National Sunflower Day at the Alexandria Art Guild

Celebrate National Sunflower Day with a fun, free, hands-on art activity at the Alexandria Art Guild!

On Saturday, August 1, drop by the gallery anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and create your own sunflower artwork on a 4-inch magnetic-backed canvas to take home.

Whether you're an experienced artist or simply looking for a creative way to spend part of your day, this project is designed for all ages and skill levels. Guild artists will be on hand to offer guidance and encouragement, and all collage and painting supplies will be provided.

Participation is free, with materials available for the first 50 participants, so be sure to arrive early.
