Sharayah Slavik

Sharayah Slavik is the artist behind Foundry Studio MN, a small-batch jewelry and metalsmithing studio rooted in intentional design and lasting craftsmanship. Working primarily in sterling silver, her pieces are created to be worn daily—designed to hold meaning, mark moments, and endure beyond trends.

Her work is shaped by a belief that objects should carry weight—both physically and emotionally. In contrast to disposable fashion, Sharayah focuses on creating heirloom-quality pieces that feel grounded, personal, and quietly expressive. Each design balances structure and softness, often drawing from organic forms, subtle asymmetry, and the natural character of the materials themselves.

Sharayah’s path into metalsmithing was driven by a desire to create something tangible—work that could be held, worn, and lived in. What began as exploration has grown into a practice centered on process, precision, and connection. From sawing and soldering to stone setting and finishing, each piece is made by hand in her Minnesota studio.

Through Foundry Studio MN, Sharayah also seeks to make the craft more accessible—offering opportunities for others to engage with the process, learn foundational skills, and experience the value of creating something by hand.
